Phantom Medical Group – Terms & Conditions

  1. Appointment Policy
    • Scheduling Appointments: Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to ensure availability and minimize wait times. Appointments can be made via phone, email, or through our online booking system.
    • Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. However, clients who arrive late may have their appointment shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
    • Appointment Confirmation: We may send appointment reminders via email, SMS, or phone call. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm or reschedule appointments if necessary.

  2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
    • Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
    • Late Cancellation/No Show: Clients who fail to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or who do not show up for their appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee.
    • Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee equivalent to a portion of the scheduled service cost may be charged for late cancellations or no-show appointments. This fee is to compensate for the time and resources allocated for the appointment.
    • Payment of Cancellation Fee: Clients will be required to pay the cancellation fee before booking their next appointment.

  3. Exceptional Circumstances
    • Illness or Emergency: We understand that unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergencies may arise. In such cases, clients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible to reschedule their appointment without incurring a cancellation fee.
